As a Personal Financial Representative, Chris provides his services at no cost to you. Chris offers support in many areas of financial planning, including retirement planning, life insurance policies, annuities and more. He will take the time to understand your goals, review any current policies you may have and help you find solutions that fit your financial plan and insurance needs. You can meet with Chris in our office, through Virtual Office Video or in the comfort of your own home. He is also available on Saturdays and evenings to make scheduling as easy as possible.   Paula has been a valued member of the Agency since May 2019. She plays a key role in assisting customers throughout the claims process, helping see everything moves smoothly and addressing any questions about policy coverages. Paula is dedicated to helping you understand your coverages options for being well-protected during a claim. Outside of work, she loves spending time at the beach, enjoying the outdoors, playing with her two dogs, and exploring her creative side through crafting.

  Lilly Amador joined the Agency Team in 2021, bringing over six years of experience as a licensed insurance agent. Outside of work, Lilly cherishes time with her son, especially cheering him on at his sporting events.

  Cameron joined the agency in 2022 and brings more than five years of insurance experience. With a background in hospitality and customer service, he discovered his passion for helping others through insurance by providing help with protection, peace of mind and lasting relationships. Cameron is dedicated to making a meaningful impact. He takes the time to build trust with every customer, gives clear and honest assessments of their needs and offers compassionate guidance to help see they are well protected. His ability to connect with customers and create solutions that fit their lives is at the center of his approach. Outside of work, Cameron enjoys life with his wife, who has been his sweetheart since childhood, and their two puppies, Osito and Dixie. They love spending time outdoors or relaxing together with a good movie.

  Kerry joined the Agency Team after a successful career in Social Services. With an MBA and a strong desire to use her experience to help others, she brings valuable knowledge and professionalism to our team. Her background in government work helped her develop excellent communication skills, which play a key role in her work in our Training division. Kerry supports both our team and customers by answering questions, making outreach calls and helping see that every customer receives the attention they need. Kerry has lived in Aurora, Colorado for more than 25 years and raised two children in the community. Now an empty nester, she enjoys fostering dogs and spending time outdoors. Her dog Maverick often joins her on long hikes and runs. We are proud to have Kerry as part of our team. Her experience, compassion and dedication make her an important part of the Agency Team.

  Noah joined the agency in 2025, his favorite part of the job is the opportunity to provide value to people’s lives. He enjoys helping people feel protected and wants to help people get a better understanding of what insurance can and will do for them. Noah brings his unique skills to the table, like his ability to speak conversational Serbian. In his free time, Noah enjoys playing pickup basketball at the gym and fly fishing with his fiancé and cat. Noah- "This job has been something I have always wanted to do. When I was 5 years old, for Christmas, I asked for a business desk and business card for my made-up company. I am very blessed to be doing what I love and have always wanted to do."

  Karen is our Service Manager at the agency, having joined the team in 2024. With nine (9) years of experience in the insurance industry, Karen brings a strong background in customer engagement and leadership. Her favorite part of the role is creating meaningful and lasting interactions with both customers and staff, helping to build a positive and supportive environment. Karen holds a master’s degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a second master’s in education, with intentions to continue toward a doctoral degree. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, trying new recipes, and traveling. She also shares her home with a beloved furry family member—Leo.

  Courtney Kaemingk joined the Agency in 2025 and brings several years of Allstate experience with her. As a Customer Care Professional, she enjoys building relationships with customers and helping them review their insurance coverage. Courtney takes pride in helping see each policy fits the unique needs of every customer and gives them confidence and peace of mind. Outside the office, Courtney loves spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding. She is also very creative and enjoys crafting, painting, photography, cooking and gardening. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she is active in her church where she volunteers with youth programs and Vacation Bible School. Courtney is also a writer and a student working toward becoming a Christian art therapist. She is currently writing a book about her personal testimony and dreams of one day having a small hobby farm that offers art and animal therapy. She hopes to grow a greenhouse boutique, feature local artwork and bake family and community recipes in a cozy farm bakery. Courtney brings compassion, creativity and a genuine heart for people to our team.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys going to the movies with her husband (and, of course, indulging in all the popcorn), creating custom candles for family and friends, experimenting with different scents, designs, and colors, and discovering new books to dive into. She is also enjoying life with her newborn child and cherishes growing her family with her wonderful husband.

  Joe Taylor joined the agency in 2017 as a Licensed Sales Producer. Outside of work, Joe is passionate about music, attending shows and festivals particularly jam bands, playing with his pups, and spending quality time with his fiancée, whether cooking, reading affirmations, or simply relaxing at home.

She is an avid hiker, reader, and physics enthusiast, with a particular fascination for CERN theory and quantum physics.
