Mandy has proudly led The Goddard School since its opening in 2002, bringing her business expertise and deep commitment to early childhood education to every corner of the school. With a Bachelor of Science in Business and years of experience supporting families, Mandy is passionate about creating a nurturing, high-quality learning environment where children thrive. Her husband also shared in this mission, operating a Goddard School in Parker from 2007 to 2018. Mandy has lived in the Ken-Caryl area for many years, when her now-grown sons were just starting elementary school. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys quiet moments with a good book and the creative rhythm of quilting.
Jen has been part of The Goddard School of Littleton since 2013, beginning as a Pre-Kindergarten Lead Teacher and joining the administration team in 2021. She holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Northern Colorado, along with teaching licenses in both Elementary Education and Secondary Social Studies from Western State College. Jen discovered her passion for working with children as a summer camp counselor and has since gained valuable experience as a K–12 educator. Born and raised in Fort Collins, she briefly lived in Florida before settling in Littleton with her family. Jen is married and has one son who is a proud Goddard alum. Outside of school, she enjoys fly fishing, spending time outdoors, and cheering at baseball games. Her dedication to education was recognized when she was named Teacher of the Year for the 2014–2015 school year.
Jolie has been a cornerstone of The Goddard School of Littleton since 2002, first as a Lead Teacher and later joining the administration team in 2006. With a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Theater from the University of Northern Colorado, along with her Director’s Certificate from the State of Colorado, Jolie brings both creativity and expertise to her role. As Director of Curriculum and Faculty Development, she supports and guides our teachers in delivering engaging, meaningful learning experiences in the classroom. Jolie’s love for children and her belief in lifelong learning fuel her dedication to early childhood education. Originally from Ohio, she lived in several states before settling in Colorado. Outside of school, she enjoys gardening, concerts, crafting, reading, and writing—and dreams of one day publishing her own children's book. Jolie has been married since 1999 and is the pround mom of five daughter.
A Colorado native, Lauri brings a wealth of experience in business, management, and project coordination to The Goddard School. As a parent of Goddard alumni, she’s deeply invested in the power of early childhood education and its role in shaping confident, capable learners. Lauri is passionate about creating enriching experiences that help children build strong foundations for the future. When she’s not at school, you’ll find her on the tennis court, skiing, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She’s called Ken-Caryl home for over 20 years, where she enjoys life with her family and community.
Chelsea brings energy, warmth, and a deep commitment to early childhood education in her role as Assistant Director. A Colorado native, she earned her B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies with a minor in Politics from Regis University. Chelsea has worked with children since high school and considers them her life’s passion. She joined The Goddard School of Littleton with a heart for nurturing young learners and was honored as Teacher of the Year for the 2023–2024 school year. Chelsea is nearly fluent in French, the middle of three sisters, and a self-proclaimed foodie with a special love for Mexican candy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, experimenting with new recipes, and watching scary movies. Her curiosity and creativity shine through in everything she does—both in and out of the classroom.
I graduated from the University of Colorado in May 2025 with a degree in Psychology and am also a proud alum of The Goddard School! I bring a nurturing, energetic spirit to the classroom and love working with children. I’m one of five girls in my family and enjoy yoga, the outdoors, and live music. Angeleen brings heart, experience, and a strong communication background to her role at The Goddard School of Littleton. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Benedictine University in Illinois and a Directors Certificate in Early Childhood Education. After first joining the school in 2012, Angeleen returned in 2023 following her move back to Colorado—where she was born and raised. Her journey has taken her through several states, including Arizona, Illinois, California, and Wisconsin, enriching her perspective and passion for helping children grow and discover. Angeleen is a proud mom to her son Theodore and a loving stepmother to her partner’s son. She was honored as Teacher of the Year for the 2015–2016 school year. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys camping, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
Emma is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and brings a joyful, energetic spirit to her role at The Goddard School of Littleton. A proud Colorado native, she has always had a deep love for working with children and is passionate about supporting their growth and development. Outside the classroom, Emma is actively involved in her ministry and enjoys a wide range of hobbies—from swing dancing and archery to beekeeping and volleyball. She’s also a big fan of sushi and Dutch Bros, which top her list of favorite treats. Emma is excited to be part of your child’s learning journey and looks forward to a wonderful connection of discovery and connection.
Hannah joined The Goddard School of Littleton in February 2024 and brings a nurturing spirit and a strong focus on social-emotional development to her classroom. A Colorado native, she recently completed the Pyramid Model training program, which has further fueled her passion for supporting young children in meaningful, individualized ways. Hannah is committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child can thrive and every family feels supported. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and shares her home with four lively dogs who keep her on her toes.
Katie has been a beloved member of The Goddard School of Littleton since 2010, bringing warmth, consistency, and a deep love for early childhood education to her classroom every day. She holds a Director’s Certificate from the State of Colorado and has always known that working with young children is her true calling. Born in Arizona, Katie spent time in Kansas before settling in Littleton as a child—a community she’s proud to be part of. She’s been married since 2014 and shares her home with her dog, Lexie. Outside of school, Katie enjoys traveling, working out, and listening to music. Her dedication and excellence in teaching were recognized when she was named Teacher of the Year for the 2013–2014 school year.
Lisa has been inspiring young minds at The Goddard School of Littleton since 2010. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and brings a thoughtful, child-centered approach to her teaching. Originally from Florida, Lisa has called Colorado home for over two decades, where she lives with her husband and three children—all proud Goddard alumni. Lisa finds joy in helping children learn and grow, especially through the unique perspectives they share and the wonder they bring to everyday moments. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking, camping, snowboarding, running, and curling up with a good book. Her dedication and excellence have been recognized with Teacher of the Year honors in both the 2016–2017 and 2024–2025 school years.
Margot brings enthusiasm and a love for learning to her role at The Goddard School of Littleton. She has enjoyed a fulfilling career in early childhood education and is passionate about supporting young children as they grow and thrive. Originally from Pocatello, Idaho, where she shares life’s adventures with her three siblings Margot now enjoys all Colorado has to offer. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, hiking, and riding sport bikes—activities that reflect her energetic and curious spirit. Margot is excited to be part of your child’s early learning journey and looks forward to building strong connections with families.
Mary brings heart, humor, and a deep appreciation for childhood wonder to her role at The Goddard School of Littleton. She holds an A.A. in General Studies from Tidewater Community College and was inspired to pursue early childhood education by her mother, a lifelong ECE professional. After giving it a try, Mary quickly fell in love with the joyful personalities of young children and their beautifully nonjudgmental view of the world. Born in Virginia, she proudly claims Long Island as her spiritual home. Mary has been married since 2011 and shares her life with a one-eyed cat who adds extra charm to her household. In her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, cooking, collecting vinyl records, listening to true crime podcasts, and cheering on the Yankees. Mary was honored as Teacher of the Year for the 2023–2024 school year.
Shalene has been a valued member of The Goddard School of Littleton since 2016, bringing warmth, dedication, and a deep understanding of child development to her classroom. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and has completed extensive Early Childhood Education coursework through Red Rocks Community College. Inspired by her mother’s career in ECE, Shalene knew early on that she wanted to follow the same path. Born in Virginia and raised across several states before settling in Colorado, she brings a broad perspective and nurturing spirit to her work. Shalene is a proud mom and loves watching her son grow and learn. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, swimming, attending concerts, and spending time with her family. Her commitment to excellence was recognized when she was named Teacher of the Year for the 2020-2021 school year.
Zana brings four years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a genuine love for helping young children grow and thrive. Christina relocated from Arizona to Colorado four years ago. She brings valuable experience working as a paraprofessional in schools and has a deep passion for nurturing young children. Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her 9-year-old son and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
Kaliyah is a proud Colorado native with four years of experience in early childhood education. She holds her Early Childhood Certification and is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Her approach to teaching is rooted in building strong relationships with families and fostering curiosity in the classroom. A proud Littleton, Colorado native, Melissa has an extensive dance background, having performed with State Street Ballet, Ballet Des Moines, and Ballet Ariel. She grew up with three older brothers and has a natural connection with children, inspired by their fresh and innocent perspective on the world. Melissa’s warmth and creativity shine through in everything she does.
Sara joined The Goddard School of Littleton in 2025 and brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her role. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2016 and has a special love for math, which she enjoys exploring with young learners in fun and engaging ways. As a parent of two children currently enrolled at Goddard, Sara deeply understands the importance of these foundational years and is passionate about helping children grow with confidence and joy. She’s excited to support the Orcas classroom and partner with families to prepare students for a successful transition to kindergarten.
Felicity brings six years of experience in early childhood education and a vibrant creative spirit to her role at The Goddard School of Littleton. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art from CSU–Pueblo with a minor in Spanish, and she’s passionate about fostering children’s growth through exploration, expression, and connection. Felicity believes that high-quality early education is essential for healthy personal development, and she feels honored to be part of that journey. Outside the classroom, she enjoys painting, photography, and discovering dog-friendly adventures with her pup, Toad. For Felicity, watching children learn and grow is the most rewarding part of her work.
Lynne brings a unique blend of artistic talent, athletic discipline, and heartfelt dedication to her role at The Goddard School of Littleton. She holds a Studio Arts degree from Colorado State University and has been immersed in the world of figure skating for 19 years—both as a skater and coach. Now in her second year as a member of the Avalanche Ice Patrol, Lynne continues to channel her energy and precision into everything she does. Her favorite part of working with children is witnessing the joy and excitement they feel when making new connections and discoveries. Outside the classroom, Lynne enjoys painting, playing guitar, and exploring a wide variety of music. She’s thrilled to be part of your child’s learning journey and looks forward to participating in their creativity and growth.
